We love birds... And so should you!
The Saginaw Basin Land Conservancy is a grassroots, member-supported 501c3 tax-exempt organization based in Bay City, Michigan. We preserve land, protect water, and sustain life in Michigan's largest watershed, the Saginaw Bay Watershed, and contribute to a higher quality of life in the communities we serve. Birds are everywhere and in every habitat of our special watershed. We have a variety of unique resources, programs, and projects specifically geared toward our feathered friends. In 2013, the Saginaw Basin Land Conservancy developed the Saginaw Bay Birding Trail with its partner, Michigan Audubon. Additionally, the SBLC has produced a Field Guide that's free to the public! A new version of this guide is in the works and will be made available in the spring of 2019.
